Treatment of Genital Warts
Genital Warts and HPV Infection: These are lesions usually caused by a sexually transmitted virus. They are usually located in and around the genital area. These lesions, which are caused by the virus called human papilloma virus (HPV), form small, raised, lumpy cauliflower-like lesions in the genital area. There are many subtypes of human papilloma virus and Type 6-11 is the type that causes genital warts. Other types can settle in different regions and cause a wide variety of diseases.
